- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These people are so heartless, after making the very hard decision to euthanize my poor dog they gave me all the information and options then when I phoned to arrange a time they say they are not taking new clients......are you kidding me, it's not like you are ever going to see the dog again. This is one of the hardest decisions Ive had to make and when I finally decided it was better for my dog to end her suffering I was told they can't do it because they're not taking new clients. I thought vets were supposed to care about animals, my dog is 17 yrs old, blind, deaf, incontinent and has started falling down because her hips are giving out......but they can't help me because they're not taking new clients.by Shelly LidstoneFebruary 04, 2017
